My story
I'm Carlos Crespo, a passionate writer and avid reader, excited to share my first novel with you. "The dust I chose."
It all started in the middle of the pandemic. Despite continuing to work, I began to have more time for myself, and this led me to get to know myself better. By analyzing and researching the stories and documentaries that came my way, I made sure I was ready to begin my own story.
I remember the long, sleepless nights, with only my imagination for company and a pen between my fingers, tracing the outlines of a story that yearned to be told. The hours spent polishing each line of dialogue, perfecting each plot twist, bringing to life characters who had been patiently waiting in the shadows of my mind.
Fulfilling a dream
The day I received the news that my novel would be published, it was as if the world stopped for a moment. Tears of joy and emotion welled up in my eyes, mingled with a sense of disbelief and gratitude. Finally, the fruit of my labor and dedication would be rewarded in the best possible way; my novel was going to be read by a large part of the world.
Now, watching readers take my work in their hands, immersing themselves in its pages filled with intrigue and suspense, is an experience that will never cease to amaze me. Every positive review, every word of praise, every request that I keep writing is a reminder that my dream has become a reality.
For all these reasons, "The Dust I Chose" is only the first of many books I hope to share with each and every one of you. So I can only warn you that the adventure has just begun, and I hope you're ready because I'm already immersed in creating my second book, excited and eager to get it to you as soon as possible.
